What you want to do to get your ex girlfriend back by using “Sexual Manipulation” is to ask her to come over to your place. When you do ask her to come over you need to make sure that you do not just say

If you say that to her she will say no unless maybe she is horny, i wouldn’t count on that though. She knows what could happen if she comes over and it is because of this she will end up saying no. So how do you over come this? You need to give her “Plausible Deni-Ability!”
When you ask her to come over make sure you give her Plausible Deni-Ability by saying
“Hey, I got this new Jay-Z CD (name a cd she would like) at my place. You could come over and listen to it with me and i could show you pictures from my Vacation that i was on” (it could be pictures of anything just make sure it is interesting)
when you ask her to come over you need to ask her as you are on the move or on the way to your place. If you ask her while you are on the move she will have “less time to come up with reasons to say no!”
Make sure when you ask her to come over you are not just standing there doing nothing. This will give her time to rationalize and say no and you will miss your opportunity to get your ex girlfriend back.
Your ex knows what is going on when you ask her to come over. But since you gave her “Plausible Deni-Ability” now she can rationalize why she is coming. She know thinks it is o.k to come over to listen to some music and look at some of your pictures.
After you ask her to come over she may say “Okay” and follow you to your place or she may decide to say
“I don’t know if that would be a good idea” or she might say “Okay, but dont get any ideas”
If she responses to you like this you need to reinforce Plausible Deni-Ability. You will want to look at her and smile, then you will want to say
“It wont be long, I just want to show you some pictures”
If you want to get your ex girlfriend back and she just says “NO” when you ask her to come over. Then you need to back off a little and do not try to force her to come over. Just say to her maybe another night and take her back to her place.
What Do I Do To Get My Ex Girlfriend Back If She Comes Over
When you get your ex girlfriend back over to your place put in the CD you told her about and after you get comfortable go get thoughs pictures that you told her about.
Sit down next to her and when you sit down next to her make sure that your “hips to your knees are touching!” Put the pictures in front of both of you then start talking about the pictures and try to make her laugh if you can.
If the conversation is going good lean in closer to her as you are talking so your “shoulders are touching!” Keep on talking and if she is comfortable with you being that close after a few minutes then put your arm around her.
What is going to make this work is by you keeping her focused on the music that is playing in the back ground, the conversation, and the pictures in front of you. So while you are gradually getting closer she wont even realize it because she is “focused on everything else that is going on around her!”
If there is a time that you are trying to get your ex girlfriend back while getting closer to her and she looks uncomfortable then you need to gradually back off. Only take it one step at a time. First sit next to her with your knees touching, then lean in whith your shoulders touching, and if she is cool with that put your arm around her.
What Do I Do If She Lets Me Put My Arm Around Her
If everything is going smooth and she is enjoying your company you can look at her with a smile and say
“Are you having a good time”
If she says yes then kiss her on the cheek. Do not kiss her on the lips right away. You need to take it one step at a time. After you kiss her on the cheek say
“I am glad you are having a good time”

Of course, there are many other e-books out there that touch on the same subject. I can’t tell you if there are as effective in getting back your ex and different people may have different results. Communication Mistakes and Breaking The Pattern
Make sure you take notes on everything i said in the video. I know it was a long video but there was a lot that i wanted to cover. It is extremely important that you do everything i tell you to do. If you want to get your ex back and maybe even get engaged eventually like i did then its important you do all these things.
Breaking the pattern is extremely important. Like i have said before your ex does not want to date the same person and that means you have to COMPLETELY CHANGE yourself. If you dont then your ex will never take you back! Does this make sense? Think about it, you dont forgive someone or move on for something until you have noticed a change or you have moved on.
I am not saying that you go to the extreme here but what i am saying is you need to make it noticable that you are trying to change. Not only will this make your ex forget about the break up and the past but it will also make your ex really attracted to you.
It will make your want to know what is going on in your life to because you have had such a dramatic change. All of these things will MAKE YOUR EX pursue you!
I take this stuff very serious as you can tell. I know what is possible because i have once been were you are at right now.
I know what its like not knowing what the hell is going on. I know what it is like waking up feeling all alone because you truly care but no one else does. One of the worse things about the break up is not knowing what to do and the feeling that your ex is slowly drifting further and further away.
I dont have all the anwers but i have most of them. I cant promise you that you will get your ex back. What i can promise you is that if you DO EXACTLY WHAT I TELL YOU then you will know exactly what to do to make this happen!

You need to pretend like everything that has happened since the break up has not happened. As of right now you are starting from day one with me. I have made a guide for you that i will give you a link to that will have a list of all the most common questions i get from people.
Note: If you are thinking about sending a second chance letter do not send it till i tell you to or wait at lease 3 weeks after the break up. If you send it before your ex has a chance to get over the break up then it will lose all effect.
