Women Cheating
If you do not make your man feel admired and another women makes him feel admired he may end up cheating on you with her. You need to make him feel admired. You need to always look your best around him, try to impress him, and always show that you are truly into him.
If you cheated on your man you need to make him feel admired again. You need to show him he is still your king. If you cheat on your man he will feel small. He will feel like there is something wrong with him. You need to convince him that he is still your king
say
“That guy meant nothing to me, Your the man i want to be with, sex with him sucked and i didnt even enjoy it. I felt terrible afterward. Sex with you is great, you always rock my world. There is no man that i admire more then you.”
You need to make him believe that the man you cheated on him with was a loser in every way and it was a mistake. You need to boost your mans ego again and make him feel admired.
Men Cheating
You need to appreciate everything your women does for you. When she cooks, leaves love notes, washes your clothes, makes you lunch, and how good she looks. If you dont make her feel appreciated and some other man does she may cheat on you and may even leave you.
If you cheat on your women you need to let her know that you need her, want her, and appreciate her in every way possible.
Say
“I want to be with you. I dont want to be with her. I need you. I love how you do this and that for me and how you always look so good. I really do appreciate you. There is nothing wrong with you. I love everything you do and everything about you. I need and want to be with you.”
You need to make your women feel like you really do appreciate them. Show them that you want to be with them and you need them more then any other women. Then she may decide to stay with you.
Sex
The more reasons your ex has to be with you the more they will want to be with you. If your ex wants to kiss and have sex with you then dont give it to them. Let them know that in order to get all of you they have to choose to be with you. when they ask you for a kiss or sex
say
“I am done with casual SEX”
or
“I am done with casual Kissing”
Then this will make your ex realize that you do have value and in order for them to get what they want they will have to commit. They may tell you that this is not casual and i want to be with you.
