Men you need to have sex as soon as possible after the break up because it is very bonding for women. After women have sex again they will assume that you are back together.
It should be easier for you to get to sleep with them because women are more likely to sleep with someone they have slept with before. Since you and your ex have been talking you should have also built up a brand new image of your self that your ex finds more attractive.
Before you try to ask your ex to come over you need to make sure you look your best when you do and make sure your place is as clean as possible. When she walks into your place you want her to feel as comfortable as possible.

You dont want to just ask your ex to come over. You want to give her plausible deniability. You both now that if she comes over you and her could end up taking it a step further. If you give her plausible deniability she will be more likely to come over because she has a good reason to.
Say
“You should come over and check out these new cds i got, I know you love this singer/band. I also got some pictures from my vacation when i went to Los Vegas.”
When you say this you give her a good reason to come over. It also gives her plausible deniability so she has good reasons to come over. When you say this you need to say it as your walking to your car. If you say it while you are just standing there your going to give her more time to think of reason why she should not come over.
If your ex tells you not to get any ideas you need to reinforce plausible deniability.
say
“I just want you to come over to look at some cd’s, pictures, and then ill take you home.”
Then she should come back and say O.K that sounds good to me. Now she feels more comfortable coming over because you reinforced plausible deniability.
At Your House
When you get to your house you need to sit down with her. While your sitting next to her you will be gradually getting closer. If she shows any signs that she does not want you to be that close then you need to give her some space. It should be easy to get close because as your talking she is focused on what your saying and what your showing her.
When you sit down your legs and knees should be touching. If she is comfortable with this then you need to put the cds and pictures right in front of her then lean in. When you lean in closer your shoulders should also be touching. If she is comfortable with this then you can put your hand on her knee or your arm around her.
Moving In For The Kiss
By this time you should be really close to your ex. Your knees, legs, shoulders, should be touching and your hand should be on her knee or around her. After you are done talking about what it is you are talking about you want to look at her and maker her laugh. If you feel like your in the moment then go in for a kiss. If you dont make her laugh or you dont feel like you are in the moment then dont go in for the kiss. Just say its getting late and its time for me to you home.
If you do have sex again with your ex you need to make sure you make it a great experience. Like i said before women find sex very bonding. The more enjoyable it is for them the more bonding it will be. You should do and try things that she has never done before to make it even more exciting for her.
