this really helped thomas. i made sure i never make any of these mistakes again. love the vids! goen to focus on breaking the pattern. should i cut my hair short. I have blond hair and blue eyes. should i die my hair to something other then blond and maybe get contacts. is that to much? know i have already asked but do you think we could talk on the phone. haveing a really hard time getting over matt.

When ever I get a video or any kind of e-mail from you, I make sure I read it right then and there! What I found most helpful was why rebound relationships don’t work. Because my ex got into another relationship two weeks after we broke up. So looks like your right! Thank you, keep it up, I can’t wait to hear from you with more advice!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your videos. Reading the guide and MOMU is good but your videos break it all down and explain it even more. I have to admit I get excited when I see you have sent me something and kinda pout when there isnt anything…so then I go and rewatch the old ones! It keeps me on track and motivated. Thank you Thomas..TW’s book is great but you put it all together for me, his book wouldnt work nearly as well without you.

i waited four weeks to contact my ex.i asked her how she was doing and she seemed pretty dry seeing that she didnt reciprocate the question and she didnt respond to the last message that i sent her.is her resentment towards me shows that she still cares for me because i feel if she was truly happy and moved on she wouldnt be dry right?

I believe you are right. Depending on how bad the break up was it could take longer for your ex to get over it and move on. It could take 1month or it could take a couple months. I would give her another month and during this time she might get back to you. If she does not then give her a call again.

You just want to be casually about everything. Doing that just shows that you have a problem with the break up and that will turn your ex off.

This was EXACTLY what I needed to hear, and wrote a tons of notes about your video! I truly love how you are so dedicated, and so determined to help those who were in the same stage you were in before.

It does suck, and I can so agree that no body cares what you are going through. They are just happy that it’s over – but, they have no idea how it feels like to be so broken, and miss someone even though they hurt you – there was love involved. No one understands. Zero.

Your video was so helpful, at least me it was! I am so impressed by your knowledge, and your concept of this process. It was much harder than I ever though it could be. However, I am seeing results – I can’t thank you enough!!!

This video is awesome, but honestly speaking, it needs a lot of time to break the pattern, and of course the most important thing is the courage to face ex in nonchalant while they get to know that we’ve changed at the same time, this is not an easy task to do it, it definitely takes a lot of time.

I agree with you its not easy and it does take time. Its never easy to change but once its done it makes everything easy. Its a can deterimine if you get your ex back or not. This needs more attention then everything else i send you. Its a very big deal!

i think this video is really awesome.its really helpful.i broke up 2 weeks earlier with my ex and from then i m following your advices.i dont know whether my efforts will workout or not but now i can feel difference in me because of the no contact period.i find myself more relaxed and calm now.i hope everthing goes out good and result comes out be best.i got most of my answers watching this video.now things are getting clear that what exactly i have to do.
